In this class basic concepts of pain management will be presented. A seven step protocol will be introduced with demonstrations and hands on practice for multiple lower extremity conditions. This course includes assessment, massage, SASTM (scraping), cupping, stretching, exercise and Kinesio Taping for lower extremities.
