Hi my name is Nikki Stanek. I’m a salon owner, extension specialist, and educator with 15 years of experience and a passion for thoughtful, intentional work. I specialize in Invisible Bead Extensions and advanced placement, and I love helping stylists elevate both their technique and confidence. The Blend Board was born from my own time behind the chair—created to simplify extension coloring and improve results without overcomplicating the process.
