Kesha Norman is the founder and CEO of Teach 2 Reach® founded in 2011.
Originally from Michigan, this entrepreneur has also lived in two other states; California, and Illinois. She is a cosmetology and barber license holder in all three states (and an instructor in MI, IL.) She is a continuing education (CEU) sponsor/provider, and in addition to gaining many years of experience in teaching, her educational background includes; a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA degree) from Cleary University, and a Certificate in Applied behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
While most of her time is spent traveling and teaching professional development for Businesses, Entrepreneurs, Professional Educators, and School Administrators; spending time with family and enjoying outdoor activities are at the top of her list.
Amongst other things, when it comes to teaching, she believes that passion and motivation is at the heart of all. Therefore, her mission is to help educate and develop effective leaders who have a passion for teaching and student success. Thus, her motto is this: “Teach from the heart and learning will soar”.
Over the years, her endeavors as the CEO of Teach 2 Reach® has grown and her plans for new developments are expanding every day. Looking ahead, one of her future endeavors include, traveling abroad and spreading hope across our great nation.

Topics covered include types of abuse (physical, emotional, psychological, financial, and digital), the cycle of violence, barriers to leaving abusive situations, legal protections, and the roles of law enforcement, healthcare providers, and advocacy organizations.
Through interactive discussions, real-life case studies, and trauma-informed approaches, participants will gain deeper empathy, awareness, and practical strategies to promote safety, support survivors, and contribute to a culture of accountability and healing.
