HAIRITUAL™
My name is Rebekah Ketcham and I'm from Gainesville, Florida and I have been in Miami since 2016. I started doing hair in 2011 because I love making people feel good and had a talent for beauty since high school. I studied business in college while working in salons and knew I wanted to start my own. In 2017 I opened Full Moon Salon in Miami and have been tending to beloved clients ever since.
After falling ill and shedding over 50% of my own hair in 2021 I had an awakening that there was a serious problem in the hair industry. We are educated and skilled in making hair look good but we generally have no idea how to actually grow the hair, maintain the scalp or truly keep the hair healthy. After years now of research, applications on my clients behind the chair and growing my own back (thicker than before) I've creating a resource for people to heal their hair from the inside out.

Hairstylists and beauty professionals do the most. The beauty industry asks a lot of us. We have to give our clients our emotional, mental and physical support. We have to clean our spaces, take inventory, make sure to book the clients properly and generate revenue (plus so much more.) Most industry education focuses mostly on technique and product. While that is extremely helpful, we need more. HAIRITUAL™ teaches our clients how to take care of our hair on a holistic and science backed long-term approach.
In this class we will educate the stylists on the conscious beauty professions guide to living the HAIRITUAL™ method. The curriculum is designed for clientele but stylists and owners need solutions as well.

- How we market, manage pricing and maintain business ethics.
- Consider how we use bleach and color on the clients for all of our health.
- Hold space for clientele mentally without letting it burn us out.
- Get a sense of what the client really wants from the consultation.
- Take care of our bodies to have longevity in our careers.
- Offer real hair problem solutions with HAIRITUAL™.
Owners and stylists alike will leave this class feeling empowered about their careers and how to assist clientele in feeling confident about having “the best hair of their lives.”
