Ann and Lynn Teachworth combine more than 40 years of experience in structural integration, functional biomechanics, and energy medicine. Through Trunamics, they teach advanced continuing education designed to elevate skilled therapists into exceptional practitioners.
Ann has spent 15 years in integrative health, movement science, and human performance. She educates massage therapists, yoga teachers, and movement professionals, focusing on embodied functional anatomy, kinesiology, and mind-body integration. Her work spans the clinic and the classroom, helping practitioners and clients embody structure and function at a deeper level. In addition to teaching, she leads cadaver dissections and anatomy courses through EmbodyU.net.

The viscera (organs) are vital to our survival and take up considerable space in the body and yet they are often overlooked completely in massage and bodywork. In this class you will discover how visceral dynamics affect the movement and function of the rest of the body, including common tension and pain patterns. Learn how movement, breath, and manual therapy affect the organs. Understand the potential impact of organ dysfunction on your clients' joint ROM and muscle function. Learn the basics of considering visceral dynamics in practice.
