He was a Principal, co-founder, and VP of IT at ComplianceLine, a compliance firm in Charlotte, NC, where he managed a $4 million budget and oversaw a 24/7 call center serving over 1,000 clients and handling more than 100,000 calls per year to prevent workplace wrongdoing. Bryan has also worked directly with the FBI to prevent cyber data breaches at major healthcare organizations.

After exiting ComplianceLine, Bryan launched a service-based franchise in 2017 that won National Franchisee of the Year in 2018, which he sold in 2019.
