Having once faced burnout herself—working 60+ hours a week and nearly walking away from the career she loved—Sherbert discovered that sustainable systems, smart strategies, and the right mentorship could completely transform both business and life. Today, she shares that knowledge with salon owners across the country, helping them excel past stereotyped income boundaries, scale their income without increasing salon work hours, implement proven systems that support growth, and design businesses that allow them to actually enjoy the fruits of their labor.
