Jonathan Hoag is a cosmetic formulation and R&D chemist with more than a decade of laboratory experience spanning research, quality systems, and advanced product development. As Head Formulary Chemist at Trilogy Laboratories, he leads the design and optimization of custom skincare formulations, focusing on stability, safety, and performance. His strong foundation in analytical testing and quality-driven processes supports a science-first approach to developing high-efficacy cosmetic products that meet rigorous industry standards. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from Texas A&M University.
