Charmaine isn’t just passionate about marketing - she’s lived and breathed it since she was 13. Too young to work legally, she convinced a marketing company to ‘hire’ her in exchange for gifts including a PlayStation, iPod, Nikes, and CDs. 22 years later, that same obsession with marketing and business has become a career built on results.
As the Founder of Elevate Marketing + Communications, Charmaine works closely with beauty businesses to increase profits and become fully booked through smart strategy, clear positioning, and practical systems that work in the real world. Across her career, she has partnered with over 500 businesses, helping them scale, refine their marketing, and create consistent growth.
Her approach is hands-on, direct, and free of fluff. She is known for turning complexity into clarity and ideas into action.
