Prior to joining Dermalogica, Carina held leadership and medical esthetician roles at several respected practices. Across these positions, she led and trained esthetic teams, managed daily spa operations, oversaw consultations and sales strategies, and delivered results-driven treatments while maintaining the highest standards of client care and compliance.
With experience spanning both clinical treatments and business operations, Carina offers a well-rounded, real-world perspective in the classroom—empowering professionals with practical knowledge, confidence, and tools to elevate their services and client outcomes.
